Dan's Favorite Crock Pot Roast

1 3-5lb. Beef Roast, garlic salt to taste
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pkg. dry Onion Soup Mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef gravy
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 TBSP. vinegar
2 TBSP. soy sauce
1 TBSP. worcestershire sauce

Mix together and pour over roast. Cook on low-heat for 12 hours or high-heat for 5-6 hours. If you cook potatoes on the side (baked or mashed) there is plenty of gravy from the roast to pour over the potatoes too.
